1. Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return only if they are:
- Received in a damaged or defective condition
- Incorrect item delivered
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Live plants and perishable items
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:
- Order ID
- Product images (if damaged)
- Reason for return
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product delivered).
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. Refunds will be issued and customers may place a new order if required.
